Return arrangement
If there are any problems or damage to the goods, please contact us immediately and we will replace or refund you.
Returns only include damage to the goods or errors in the store, such as incorrect color. Other reasons will not be accepted.
If you need to return the goods, you must contact us within 3 working days after receiving the goods, and we will make further progress such as replacement or refund.
Please note that the returned goods must be undamaged and unopened, and returns will only be accepted if they do not affect secondary sales.
For refunds, our company will make payment via bank transfer, PAYME, FPS or bank transfer.
Please note that personal hygiene products are non-refundable.
